Senior System Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head of IT and System Manager of IT in running Hospital Management Systems
- Collect user requirements, develop & maintain clinical/non-clinical system or implement package software
- Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders and ensure the smooth implementation of Hospital Management Systems
- Design review, Test, UAT, train users on Hospital Management Systems
- Identify project risk and perform risk management to Hospital Management Systems
- Lead and provide guidance to System Analysts and Programmers
- Provide day-to-day support to end-user
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 8 years’ experience in application development, implementation and maintenance; and at least 2 years’ in supervisory role
- At least 3 years’ experience in developing clinical / hospital systems
- ITIL, PMP certificate preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and vendor management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Positive work attitude and ability to work under pressure
