Job Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support end users
- Perform hardware and software installation and troubleshooting for end user devices
- Provide basic end-user training
- Provide on-site technical support for live events and conferences
Requirements
- Education in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application.
- Good team player, self-motivated and has good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
