Job Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support end users
  • Perform hardware and software installation and troubleshooting for end user devices
  • Provide basic end-user training
  • Provide on-site technical support for live events and conferences


  • Education in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and has good communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
