Temporary Assistant HR Executive / HR Executive (6-month contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Handle staff movements and related issues, as well as provide counseling to the staff if necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly payrolls, medical benefits using HRIS
  • Prepare a variety of management reports for management’s reference
  • Support HR initiatives and major projects when required
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating the Company recreational activities as and when applicable
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR working experience, with good exposure in C&B sector; preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals
  • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
  • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as HR Executive
