Temporary Assistant HR Executive / HR Executive (C & B) (6-month contract)

Job Responsibilities
· Support full spectrum of compensation & benefits and employee relations
· Handle staff movements and related issues, as well as provide counseling to the staff if necessary
· Assist in the preparation of the monthly payrolls, medical benefits using HRIS
· Prepare a variety of management reports for management’s reference
· Support HR initiatives and major projects when required
· Assist in organizing and coordinating the Company recreational activities as and when applicable
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
· Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
· Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR working experience, with good exposure in C&B sector; preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals
· Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
· Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
· Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
· Candidate with more experience may be considered as HR Executive
