Human Resources Executive (Learning & Development)

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to provide professional advices to line managers and staff on training and development
  • Responsible for develop and execute Learning and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
  • Manage vendors and negotiate for the best solution for implanting the training activities
  • Coordinate training administration, logistics and preparing training materials
  • Identify training need analysis and recommend training programs / initiatives and delivery model
  • Drive corporate initiatives locally
  • Maintain the online training platform and data input in HRIS for training database
  • Prepare a variety of management reports, analysis and statistics for management’s reference
  • Organize various staff activities and Wellness Program that contributing to strong employee engagement and sense of belonging at all levels
  • Undertake any other miscellaneous duties/ HR ad-hoc projects, and perform any other duties when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Learning and Development, preferably with prior working experience in sizable company and Healthcare industry
  • Strong and approachable team player, able to interface with people at all levels with diverse needs
  • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibility and ownership, detail-minded with good project management skills
  • Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge of multi-media software will be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive
