Senior Human Resources Executive (Compensation & Benefit)

Job Responsibilities

  • All round support of compensation and benefits section and employee relations
  • Handle staff movements and related issues, as well as provide counselling to the staff if necessary
  • Handle monthly payrolls, employees’ compensation, MPF, staff medical, etc.
  • Prepare a variety of management reports for management’s review
  • Support maintenance and enhancement projects of HRIS
  • Assist in development and review on HR-related policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to Employment Ordinance and other relevant local legislations or regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor


    • Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years’ relevant HR working experience, with good exposure in C&B sector; preferably with prior working experience in sizable organizations/ health care industry
    • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
    • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
    • Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
    • Less experience may be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive
