Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to provide professional manpower advice to line managers and staff
  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process including selecting appropriate job posting channels, sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals, arranging employment contracts, making offers, on-boarding and off-boarding process etc.
  • Handle staff movements and related issues, as well as provide counseling to the staff if necessary
  • Prepare a variety of management reports for management’s reference
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating the Company recreational activities as and when applicable
  • Plan and implement HR initiatives and major projects when required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR working experience, with good exposure in talent acquisition, especially massive recruitment; preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals
  • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
  • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), strong competence in Excel is highly desired
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
