Human Resources Assistant (Learning & Development)

Job Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of administration support to the L&D team, including logistics, preparing training materials, on-site support, etc.
- Assist the implementation and execution of Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
- Liaise with internal parties/external consultants to assist smooth running of all training courses
- Maintain the online training platform and data input in HRIS for training database
- Prepare regular training reports and keep training records
- Organize various staff activities contributing to strong employee engagement and sense of belonging at all levels
- Undertake any other miscellaneous duties as may be required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Well-organized, positive mindset, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and approachable team player
- Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge of multi-media software will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
