Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative service to HR department in support of all assigned works and activities
  • Manage calendars, welcome visitors, accept phone calls, take messages and take care of meeting arrangements for the department head
  • Work with internal HR teams to support them for prioritized clerical tasks and correspondence
  • Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
  • Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order

Requirements

  • An Associate Degree or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience as administrative support
  • Strong sense of discipline, good time management, can work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Commended in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
