Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Human Resources Manager (L & D)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for develop and execute Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
- Identify competency gap and develop staff to cope with the development of the Company
- Promote the learning culture of the Company
- Manage vendors and negotiate for the best solution for implanting the training activities and seminars. Coordinate training administration, logistics and preparing training materials
- Identify training need analysis and recommend training programs / initiatives and delivery model
- Drive corporate initiatives locally
- Assist in succession planning and development of successors
- Develop and implement Wellness program
- Drive performance management, implement and monitor the performance appraisal cycle
- Support the maintenance of training database in HRIS
- Participate in HR ad-hoc projects, and perform any other duties when required
- Prepare a variety of management reports, analysis and statistics for management’s reference
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Training and Development, preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals or healthcare industry
- Strong and approachable team player, able to interface with people at all levels with diverse needs
- Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with good project management skills
- Strong in customer oriented acumen
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- MNC experience is an advantage
