Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Human Resources Manager (L & D)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for develop and execute Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
  • Identify competency gap and develop staff to cope with the development of the Company
  • Promote the learning culture of the Company
  • Manage vendors and negotiate for the best solution for implanting the training activities and seminars. Coordinate training administration, logistics and preparing training materials
  • Identify training need analysis and recommend training programs / initiatives and delivery model
  • Drive corporate initiatives locally
  • Assist in succession planning and development of successors
  • Develop and implement Wellness program
  • Drive performance management, implement and monitor the performance appraisal cycle
  • Support the maintenance of training database in HRIS
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects, and perform any other duties when required
  • Prepare a variety of management reports, analysis and statistics for management’s reference
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Training and Development, preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals or healthcare industry
  • Strong and approachable team player, able to interface with people at all levels with diverse needs
  • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with good project management skills
  • Strong in customer oriented acumen
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • MNC experience is an advantage
