Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage varieties of customer-facing and advisory services in partnership with clinical leads
  • Oversee the provision of comprehensive, high quality, patient centred services that meet all requirements of Gleneagles standard
  • Review the workforce in line with business requirements to ensure a resilient and sustainable workforce; and look for innovative ways to improve customer service delivery
  • Participate in the development and delivery of fee advisory service strategy, staff engagement, and the management of risks in partnership with clinical leads
  • Ensure customer-facing staff are compliant with policies, procedures as well as statutory and mandatory training
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing
  • Equivalent degree and qualification obtained from any recognized institution in China or overseas is welcomed
  • Intensive knowledge of medical terminology, hospital fee policy, package products, etc. will be advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills that can well communicate with diverse stakeholders including patients and healthcare practitioners, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Great analytical and decision-making skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team confidently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

The company will help on working visa application for successful applicant who is not a HK resident.
