Job Responsibilities

  • Well prepare all mis-en-place as directed
  • Pick up and deliver all orders from kitchen to wards
  • To ensure that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image
  • Maintain professional and efficient service to customers and patients
  • To maintain the area neatness and cleanliness
  • Report any complaints and concerns to supervisor immediately
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years relevant experience or above
  • Prior experience in Room Service and All Day Dining are preferable
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A team player with positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, responsible & self-discipline
