Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Financial Controller
  • Manage and supervise the finance operation team
  • Analyze current finance operation processes and enhancement opportunities, in terms of efficiency and internal control
  • Lead the budget and forecast preparation and monitoring
  • Preparing and recommending policies and procedures to cope with the expansion of operations
  • Plan and Execute the finance related system upgrades, improvements and implementation
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments as required


  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in healthcare or hospitality industry is a definite advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office and Infor SunSystems
  • Solid track record in system/workflow implementation/upgrade is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication, systematic and sound organization skills
  • Proactive, independent and a good team leader
