Credit and Claims Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Tactfully collaborate with different stakeholders on various credit management, claims and direct payment issues
  • Focus on communication with other departments and corporate partners in providing support on credit management and direct billings, including B2B services.
  • Provide analysis on credit risk exposure from high risk payers
  • Define and maintain the service standards for direct payment and claims processes
  • Participate in various projects on the development and enhancement of operation systems, credit management and related workflows
  • Manage daily direct payment and claims operation and provide support to other team members
  • Strategically follow up long outstanding accounts receivables Support ad-hoc projects as requested


  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Relevant working experience in healthcare, hospitality, medical claims or insurance field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
  • Able to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills with customer focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
