Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative & clerical support to the Department
  • Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings
  • Handle phone enquiries
  • Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
  • Responsible for the seminar room/ meeting rooms reservation and arrange the facilities set up
  • Responsible for the mailing, dispatch service
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors


  • Associated Degree or Diploma holder. Degree holder would be a plus
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience, prior work experience in private hospitals and/or serving department/ division head is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and be a good team player
