Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for direct billing enquires, in/out patient pre-approval or dedicated corporate hotline
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Coordinate approval process and follow through issue of guarantee letters for medical services and admission
- Act as the key contact point and liaise with internal and external parties, such as third party, corporate or clinics
- Follow up clarifications and supplementary information requested with clinics and doctors
- Record maintenance and data filing
- Shift duty is required (No overnight shift)
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Meticulous and independent with case handling
- Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment;
- Minimum 1 year’s hotline experience, preferably in medical field or frontline experience in clinical setting
