Job Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts
  •  Present business proposals to prospective clients—Insurance Companies, Corporate clients and Communities
  • Formulate and manage event and online marketing strategies
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Keep up to date with market trend and competitor activity
  • Conduct regular Business Review with customers and suppliers
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with relevant departments including Business Office, Nursing, Medical Affairs & Physician Engagement, Finance and Pricing, etc. to ensure high quality delivery in follow-through of the hospital’s business. 
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in key accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales and Marketing, Economics or similar field or further education diploma with proven experience in the relevant healthcare sub-sector (Medical Devices, Hospitals, Clinic Group or Pharma)
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably from healthcare sector
  • Possess good network / good capability of developing network with Medical Insurance Sectors and extensive experience of Agency Relationship management
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platform, SEM, SEO is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good antenna to work with various functions in the organization and find common ground
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin will be an advantage) 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
