Job Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support end users
  • Perform PC troubleshooting, Software and Hardware installation
  • Create, maintain and deactivate user ids for all appropriate application systems
  • Create, maintain and deactivate authorization roles, profiles and responsibilities for all these application
  • Provide all reports and statistics requested by management and audit
  • Track and monitor user access in these application systems where possible
  • Provide basic end-user training


  • A Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
  • Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
