Job Descriptions

  • Responsible to provide 24/7 technical support to hospital users
  • Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation
  • Provide basic end-user training


  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in helpdesk support.
  • Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Shift duty is not required
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
