Job Description

  • Analyse utilization and effectiveness of package offering through hospital data review and qualitative feedback from various stakeholders (physicians, nurses, business development teams, GHK management)
  • Lead desktop research & market benchmark on Hong Kong private hospital offering
  • Support engagement and operational teams on product knowledge and application
  • Liaise with Department of Health (DOH) and clinical partner representatives (HKU) on proposal of strategic enhancement to package offering, in compliance with Service Deed Requirement with HKSAR Government & partnership agreement with HKU School of Medicine
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product utilisation forecasts, special reports and analyses
  • Drive change and be a resource for strategic product enhancements
  • Provide recommendations to Business Office on admission workflow, fee advisory process, and hospital data entry
  • The role will report directly to the Head of Business Office

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Related Healthcare field; MBA would be preferred;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for experience with the healthcare industry;
  • Ability to handle key stakeholders with varying expectations;
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid toolbox and demonstrated technical proficiency;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends; strongly proactive attitude;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good antenna to work with various functions in the organization and find common ground.
