Audiology Service

Our Audiology Centre provides screening and diagnostic assessment for inpatients and outpatients of all ages. The scope of service includes:

Hearing and Tinnitus Assessment for Adults
Pure Tone Audiometry and Conditioned Play Audiometry: assess hearing level and define the nature and degree of hearing impairment
Tympanometry: assesses the middle ear condition
Acoustic Reflex Test: assesses the stapedius muscle contraction
Eustachian Tube Function Test: assesses Eustachian tube functioning
Otoacoustic Emissions Test: assesses the outer hair cell function of the inner ear
